If you are looking for accommodation there are a number of options available in the Oakey, Toowoomba and Dalby regions.  The Jondaryan Woolshed is located midway between Toowoomba and Dalby and approximately 10 minutes from Oakey.

If you would prefer to camp, there is camping available at the Jondaryan Woolshed. The Jondaryan Woolshed Caravan Park will open a new temporary caravan and camping area for the duration of the event on the south side of Oakey Creek with some powered sites available.  A people mover will operate between the camping areas and the event.  Click here for further contact details.

Additional powered and unpowered camping sites are available at the Oakey Showgrounds from 23 August 2025 at the rate of $22.00 per night for both powered and unpowered sites.  Please email Judy at oakeyshowsociety@gmail.com for your booking enquiries. We are planning to run a courtesy bus from the Oakey Showgrounds to the Jondaryan Woolshed for the duration of the event.
