If you are looking for accommodation there are a number of options available in the Oakey, Toowoomba and Dalby regions.  Kingsthorpe Park is located 20km from the Toowoomba CBD, approximately 10km from Oakey and approximately 28km from the Jondaryan Woolshed Caravan Park.

If you would prefer to camp, there is camping available at Kingsthorpe Park via our online ticketing portal.

Additional powered and unpowered camping sites are available at the Oakey Showgrounds from 19 August 2025 at the rate of $22.00 per night for both powered and unpowered sites.  Please email Judy at oakeyshowsociety@gmail.com for your booking enquiries. We are planning to run a courtesy bus from the Oakey Showgrounds to Kingsthorpe Park for the duration of the event.
